Program Design & Development

We work alongside organizations to co-create reentry and diversion programs tailored to the unique needs of justice-impacted individuals. Our designs integrate essential components such as housing, employment, digital literacy, and mental health supports, ensuring programs are both practical and transformative.

Training & Capacity Building

Our training sessions equip staff, volunteers, and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to effectively support justice-impacted populations. Systems Simulation Experiences

The RARE Experience: Systems Simulation immerses participants in the challenges faced by individuals navigating reentry and interconnected systems of oppression. By engaging employers, government agencies, nonprofits, funders, and community members, the simulation builds empathy, sharpens decision-making, and informs the design of more equitable programs and practices.

Advocacy & Awareness Building

We amplify the voices of justice-impacted individuals and communities through advocacy efforts that challenge stigma, shift narratives, and promote restorative approaches.
